Amazing zucchini pasta

INGREDIENTS

  • Pasta
  • 150 g shrimp
  • 1 zucchini
  • 100 g of spinach
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Dried Italian herbs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons
  • white wine
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper

METHOD

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water as usual. A few hours earlier, defrost the shrimp. Dice the zucchini.
  2. In a pan, lightly sauté minced garlic in olive oil and add baby spinach.
  3. Stir, then add butter, shrimp, and zucchini.
  4. Season and add dried herbs, preferably oregano. After about 2 minutes, pour in the wine and let it evaporate over high heat.
  5. Finally, add the pasta, mix everything in the pan, and serve on a plate with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
