Amazing zucchini pasta

INGREDIENTS
- Pasta
 - 150 g shrimp
 - 1 zucchini
 - 100 g of spinach
 - 3 cloves of garlic
 - Dried Italian herbs
 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - 4 tablespoons
 - white wine
 - Grated Parmesan cheese
 - Fresh basil
 - Salt and pepper
 
METHOD
- Cook the pasta in salted water as usual. A few hours earlier, defrost the shrimp. Dice the zucchini.
 - In a pan, lightly sauté minced garlic in olive oil and add baby spinach.
 - Stir, then add butter, shrimp, and zucchini.
 - Season and add dried herbs, preferably oregano. After about 2 minutes, pour in the wine and let it evaporate over high heat.
 - Finally, add the pasta, mix everything in the pan, and serve on a plate with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
