Amazing pasta with creamy sauce and vegetables
INGREDIENTS
- 500 g of chicken breasts
- wide tagliatelle
- 1 whipping cream butter
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt
- pepper
- basil
- 1 tablespoon of sun-dried tomato pesto
- frozen vegetable mix
METHOD
- First, sauté finely chopped onion and crushed garlic in butter. Then add diced chicken breasts and sauté. Season with salt, pepper, and add pesto. After about 10 minutes, add the vegetables and add a little water. Simmer together, and finally, when the vegetables and meat are tender, add cream.
- If you don’t have cream, you can use coconut milk, for example. If the sauce is too thin, you can thicken it with, for example, nutritional yeast. Mix the sauce with cooked pasta and let it sit for about 2 minutes. Serve sprinkled with cheese, enjoy your meal.
