Salmon with orange sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 300 g salmon
- 1 large orange
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and black pepper
METHOD
- Rinse the salmon fillets, pat them dry, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Thoroughly wash the orange, grate its zest, then cut it in half and squeeze out the juice.
- In a bowl, mix the orange juice, zest, honey, and soy sauce until well combined.
- Place the salmon in a baking dish and pour the orange marinade over it. To retain the salmon’s moisture, you can cover the dish with perforated aluminum foil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 15–20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
