Salmon with orange sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g salmon
  • 1 large orange
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt and black pepper

METHOD

  1. Rinse the salmon fillets, pat them dry, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Thoroughly wash the orange, grate its zest, then cut it in half and squeeze out the juice.
  3. In a bowl, mix the orange juice, zest, honey, and soy sauce until well combined.
  4. Place the salmon in a baking dish and pour the orange marinade over it. To retain the salmon’s moisture, you can cover the dish with perforated aluminum foil.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 15–20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
