Quick salmon

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g salmon fillet
  • Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp basil and oregano
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

METHOD

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
  2. Drizzle the salmon fillet with lemon juice, sprinkle with a bit of olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
  3. Place the salmon in the preheated air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 180°C without turning.
