Quick fit fish curry
INGREDIENTS
- Fresh fish 300 g
- Coconut milk 300 ml
- Garlic cloves 2
- Tomato paste, concentrated 2 tbsp
- Curry powder 1.5 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Ground cumin 1/4 tsp
- Ground coriander 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- Small onion 1
- SOS Basmati rice 100 g
- Water 250 ml
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Fresh herbs (coriander)
METHOD

- Rinse the rice under running water, then cover it with 250 ml of water in a pot.
- Add salt and cook it covered on low heat for about 12 minutes.
