Pork with vegetables

INGREDIENTS

  • pork shoulder
  • onion
  • two carrots
  • peas
  • salt
  • sweet paprika
  • black pepper
  • water
  • all-purpose flour
  • oil

METHOD

  1. Cube the meat. Finely chop the onion and cut the carrots into half-moons.
  2. In a pan with oil, fry the onion, add the meat, and brown it.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour in water and let it simmer slowly.
  4. Add the vegetables and continue simmering. Finally, you can add flour to thicken the sauce.
