Pork with vegetables
INGREDIENTS
- pork shoulder
- onion
- two carrots
- peas
- salt
- sweet paprika
- black pepper
- water
- all-purpose flour
- oil
METHOD
- Cube the meat. Finely chop the onion and cut the carrots into half-moons.
- In a pan with oil, fry the onion, add the meat, and brown it.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour in water and let it simmer slowly.
- Add the vegetables and continue simmering. Finally, you can add flour to thicken the sauce.
