Gnocchi with chicken meat in a creamy cheese sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 300 g chicken meat (cut into pieces)
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
  • 200 ml cooking cream
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • Salt / black pepper to taste
  • Oil

METHOD

  1. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Once the gnocchi is cooked, drain it and set it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until they become golden brown.
  3. Add the chicken meat: Add the chopped pieces of chicken meat and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add the cream and cheese: Once the chicken meat is cooked, pour in the cream and mix in the grated cheese. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes to allow the ingredients to combine.
  5. Taste and season: Season with salt and black pepper according to your taste.
