Gnocchi with chicken meat in a creamy cheese sauce.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 g gnocchi
- 300 g chicken meat (cut into pieces)
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 100 g grated cheese
- Salt / black pepper to taste
- Oil
METHOD
- Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Once the gnocchi is cooked, drain it and set it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until they become golden brown.
- Add the chicken meat: Add the chopped pieces of chicken meat and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the cream and cheese: Once the chicken meat is cooked, pour in the cream and mix in the grated cheese. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes to allow the ingredients to combine.
- Taste and season: Season with salt and black pepper according to your taste.
