INGREDIENTS
- 400 g of condensed milk
- 70 g of coconut
- 200 g of butter
- 200 g of white chocolate
METHOD
- First, melt the butter. This can be done either in the microwave or in a medium saucepan on the stove. Once the butter is melted and warm, add the broken-up chocolate pieces and mix using a whisk.
- This should result in a consistent mixture. To the chocolate, now add the condensed milk. Stir the mixture thoroughly. Finally, add the coconut and mix thoroughly once again.
- The cream can be used to fill glasses, which should then be refrigerated for a few hours.
