Simple air fryer salmon
INGREDIENTS
- 300 g salmon fillet
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
METHOD
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Drizzle the salmon fillet with lemon juice, a splash of olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and freshly grated lemon zest.
- Place the salmon in the preheated air fryer and cook for 13 minutes at 180°C (350°F) without flipping.
