Simple air fryer salmon

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g salmon fillet
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Herbes de Provence

METHOD

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Drizzle the salmon fillet with lemon juice, a splash of olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and freshly grated lemon zest.
  3. Place the salmon in the preheated air fryer and cook for 13 minutes at 180°C (350°F) without flipping.
