Delicious mini italian pizzas
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 kg of flour
- 125 ml of water
- 125 ml of milk
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 5 tablespoons of oil
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- For the sauce, you will need: ketchup or tomato puree
- oil, you can also use olive oil

- For the topping, you will need: ham
- prosciutto
- sausage
- cheese
- onion
- mushrooms
METHOD
- First, prepare all the ingredients needed for the dough. Then, prepare the yeast. In a bowl, combine the yeast, sugar, and lukewarm water. Let the yeast mixture rest, then add the flour, milk, oil, salt, and oregano. Knead the dough until it forms a smooth loaf, then let it rise. Once the dough is ready, divide it into 12-13 smaller portions and allow them to rise further.
- While the dough is rising, prepare the sauce. Mix all the ingredients you have prepared for the sauce. You can also add fresh basil to taste. Shape the dough into round mini pizzas and spread them with the prepared sauce. Arrange all the toppings you have selected for the topping on the mini pizzas. This can include ham, sausage, cheese, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, or anything else you like.
- Bake the prepared mini pizzas in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown. You can consume the mini pizzas immediately after baking.
