Pan-fried noodles

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken breasts
  • Soy sauce
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • 60 grams of flour
  • 15 grams of starch
  • 100 milliliters of milk
  • Half a teaspoon of baking powder
  • Oil
  • Noodles
  • Cashew nuts
  • Carrot
  • Celery
  • Leek
  • Parsley

METHOD

  1. We’ll cut the chicken breasts into smaller, not too thick pieces. In a bowl, we’ll mix soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. We’ll dip the meat on both sides.
  2. Next, we’ll prepare a batter by mixing flour, starch, milk, salt, and baking powder. We’ll coat the meat in this batter and fry it in oil until golden brown.
  3. Then, we’ll cook the noodles according to the instructions. We’ll grate the carrot and celery, and chop the leek. In a pan, we’ll roast the cashews, then add oil, carrot, celery, and leek. We’ll sauté together and add the noodles. We’ll season with spices and soy sauce. We can also add parsley, but it’s optional.
