Oatmeal banana smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 4 dates
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • cinnamon

METHOD

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until as smooth as possible.
  2. I recommend consuming the smoothie immediately, or transporting it in a thermos.
