Best homemade ketchup

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 500 g apples
- 250 g onions
- 3 kg tomatoes
- black pepper
- salt
METHOD
- First, chop the tomatoes, apples, and onions into small cubes and cook until the ingredients are soft.
- Next, blend the mixture until smooth.
- Continue cooking the mixture in a pot until it thickens, adding salt, sugar, and spices as it cooks. If the ketchup tastes too strong, you can add more sugar or vinegar to balance the flavor.
- Once the mixture has thickened, pour it into jars and seal them.
