Apple pie fitness shake

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g of white Greek yogurt
  • 100 g of apple puree
  • 30 g of vanilla protein powder
  • handful of ice
  • pinch of cinnamon

METHOD

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  2. If desired, we can garnish the shake with yogurt, fruit, or granola.
  3. Serve the protein shake as soon as possible.
