Apple pie fitness shake

INGREDIENTS
- 200 g of white Greek yogurt
- 100 g of apple puree
- 30 g of vanilla protein powder
- handful of ice
- pinch of cinnamon
METHOD
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
- If desired, we can garnish the shake with yogurt, fruit, or granola.
- Serve the protein shake as soon as possible.
